FAQs
What brand of shirts do print on?
Anvil organic, Gildan Softsyle & Royal Apparel. As of November 2011 all designs will be printed on American Apparel and Royal Apparel which are both 100% made in the USA, Ringspun combed cotton. They are all very soft, high quality shirts.
How should I launder my shirt?
All styles are pre- shrunk and will come with instructions for caring for them. In general turn it inside out and machine wash cold, hang dry, or low tumble.
Do you print your own shirts?
Sure do, in my studio or at Baltimore Print Studio with an old fashioned manual press.
How do you create the shirts?
Most of the shirts are screen printed with water based inks. A few designs contain custom painting with water based textile paint. They all have a very soft hand and will last for several hundred washes before signs of fading.
Do you accept design submissions?
Not at the moment, but its in the works for the future.
What other stuff do you do besides printing?
I'm also a painter, illustrator, multimedia producer, and fine cook:)
Shipping & Payment
How long does it take for orders to arrive?
Standard shipping for orders in the contiguous US takes 5-10 business days. International orders usually take 3-5 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing. The tracking for international orders will not update once the package leaves the US, but the order is still on its way.
What shipping method do you use?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.
What forms of payment do you accept?
LDP gladly accepts major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover or direct payments, all through PayPal.
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
