Where do you ship?

Some products are shipped directly from our studio in Baltimore, MD, USA. Others are shipped directly from our printing partners within the United States.

What does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated as a low- cost, universal flat rate. Just add the items to your cart and select your country from the list to get a shipping price.

How are print orders packed for shipping?

All prints are rolled and packed in heavy duty shipping tubes for protection. 

How long does shipping take? What shipping methods do you use?

Orders are shipped via USPS in the US and by UPS and DHL outside of the US. Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed and custom made after your purchase is complete. Shipping time will depend on your location. Average US shipping time 3-5 days, outside the US 7-10 business days. At checkout, after entering your address you will be shown an estimated shipping and arrival time for your order. 

Can I track my order?

When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24 hours for the link to activate. If you have any questions about your order, email admin@latoyapeoples.com

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes! Returns and Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery date. As a small business, we cannot cover return shipping costs. Email Admin@LaToyapeoples.com to process your return.  

Products

Where are your products made?

All art is made in our studio. Everything else is also designed in house. We print and manufacture a number of our products as well. Many products are manufactured or printed in the USA with small manufacturers including Webster Phillips Printing,  Monster Digital, MWW, and SPOKE custom products. 

How does your clothing fit?
